Strategic recruitment partner, I support organizations across Quebec in securing critical talent in logistics, operations, and specialized roles, where every hiring decision has a direct impact on performance, operational continuity, and team engagement.
With more than 10 years of experience, my background is deeply rooted in operations. I progressed from hands-on field roles to management positions within complex and demanding environments — retail, liquidation, branch turnaround, team leadership, and growth contexts. This experience now allows me to quickly grasp the strategic and operational challenges facing leaders, far beyond job descriptions.
